Pandoka A B2B + B2C online store for the maker of Brazil's best-selling grip socks
THE BRAND
Based in Birigui/SP — Brazil's national capital of children's footwear — Pandoka is the factory behind the country's best-selling grip sock. An injection-moulding industry specialised in children, its portfolio brings together lines such as Easy-On / Trainers, Grip Socks, Clogs and Sandals, designed for the comfort, safety and practicality parents look for, from newborns to older children.
THE CHALLENGE
Pandoka's challenge was to run, on a single platform, two audiences with distinct behaviours: the end consumer — parents who buy on trust and convenience — and the retailer, who buys in volume and on a recurring basis.
On top of that came the complexity of a children's catalogue with variations in model, colour, print, size and gender, the need to convey credibility in a competitive, impulse-driven market, and the requirement to convert fast, with payment, shipping and security that leave no doubts at the moment of purchase.
THE ELLEVEN SOLUTION
Elleven launched the Pandoka online store on the Tray platform, structured for commercial performance:
A catalogue organised by line and by gender. Easy-On, Grip Socks, Clogs and Sandals, split into Boys and Girls, with Best Sellers, New Arrivals and Highlights showcases, shortening the visitor's path to the right product.
B2B + B2C experience in one store. A single architecture that accommodates the end consumer and the retailer, preserving each profile's buying journey without fragmenting the operation.
A complete conversion journey. Commercial triggers active throughout navigation — 10% off the first purchase, up to 12 instalments, free shipping to São Paulo and newsletter capture — turning traffic into orders.
Multiple payment methods. Integration with Vindi, Cielo, Mercado Pago, Rede, PagBank and PayPal, increasing flexibility and reducing checkout friction.
Trust and security. GlobalSign SSL certification, a 100% secure purchase seal, a customer centre and clear shipping, exchange and return policies — pillars of credibility for impulse buying.
Content and measurement. A news blog to sustain relevance, a Google Tag Manager layer for conversion and media reading, and direct integration with WhatsApp and social networks.
