The Brand

IMF Lince is Brazil's largest manufacturer of retail equipment, with more than 30 years in the market and operations across the country and Latin America. It works in B2B territory where the sales cycle necessarily runs through technical consultation, a regional representative and a personalised quote, so the institutional site had to fulfil three functions at once: brand authority, a navigable technical showcase and a quote generation funnel.

THE CHALLENGE

Creating a qualified commercial capture channel for the manufacturer, translating the scale of a nationally present industrial operation into a digital showcase that:

Accelerates the quoting cycle by letting the retailer put together a detailed, multi-item quote request before even speaking to a representative; Reduces friction in the B2B journey with a dual taxonomy that respects both the technical buyer and the commercial decision-maker; Sustains the brand's authority with a visual hierarchy and editorial organisation worthy of a national reference with more than three decades of history; Scales without re-engineering, supporting continuous expansion of the portfolio and institutional content.

THE ELLEVEN SOLUTION

Information architecture with a dual taxonomy — technical and commercial: one of the project's technical differentiators is the cross-classification system by dual taxonomy, which lets the user reach the catalogue through two distinct and complementary logics.

A scalable catalogue: The catalogue currently has 15 paginated listing pages, organised into Custom Post Types with friendly canonical URLs, each product with its own technical sheet, gallery and individual quote CTA. The structure allows indefinite expansion without re-engineering.

A B2B quote flow with cart logic: The functional heart of the project is the structured quote request flow, which adapts the e-commerce cart metaphor to an exclusively B2B context — with no transactional checkout, but with all the logic of multiple selection, item management and sending a consolidated quote to the sales team.

Representative's restricted area: The platform incorporates a restricted access area for the commercial representatives spread across Brazil and Latin America. It is an authenticated module that separates public content from internal operational content (commercial materials, price tables and technical documents for the representative network).

A multi-content hub: Beyond the catalogue, the platform integrates an editorial blog with technical SEO content for retail. A gallery by segment with visual case studies of delivered projects. A Custom Projects page with hundreds of photographs of real installations — robust visual social proof.
